Regression: The --prepend command is not working.

The commit f6868168d36a5fce97f92849ba21e5faa51b7845 introduced this problem.

The `<<< ${p}` was placed in the wrong location.
This happened due to a very simple regex that I used to mass make the changes.
I overlooked this complicated match pattern.
