Update: Remove GitHub sources.

Avoid any confusion, misinterpretation, or misrepresentation regarding the licenses and copyrights.
I do not and have not waived any of the copyrights/licenses rights to anyone or anything.

I further explicitly do not recognize any electronic forms or representations that do so.
Any such document would have to be physical, in writing, and notarized to be recognized by me in any manner.
