Update: Open Standard License to 1.1 or later.

Address problems, misunderstandings, misrepresentations, or anything else caused by how society appears to have spontaneously forgotten how computers work and what "AI" is.
Provide the LCG terminology to help better clarify things so that "AI" can be more properly used.
